Phoenix Steels’ metal box profile sheets come in lengths ranging from 1 metre to 12 metres, designed to provide seamless coverage per metre, accounting for overlap. For example, five sheets will effectively cover a width of 5 metres, ensuring a robust and precise fit for your project.
Phoenix Steels’ metal corrugated profile sheets are available in three finishes: galvanised for corrosion resistance, polyester for vibrant colour, and plastisol (PVC) with a leather grain texture. Offered in 1m and 763mm coverage widths, they ensure a secure fit with overlap for various cladding projects.
Offered in a range of lengths, our translucent lightweight GRP sheets provide excellent diffused daylight with an 80% light transmission rate. Designed to match the width and profile of our Box Profile 32/1000 sheet, they ensure a seamless and compatible fit for various roofing and cladding applications.
Box profile sheets, also known as trapezoidal profile roof sheets, are made from galvanised steel with distinctive box-shaped ribs.
These ribs give them structural strength and a modern look. We manufacture them in various thicknesses (e.g., 0.5mm and 0.7mm) and can coat them in a wide range of finishes.
Our box profile sheets are available in several different profiles, including 32/1000, 19/1000, and 33/1000.
